Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Point of Safety, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

1. How We Source Our Products

To bring you unique items at the best possible prices, we partner with global manufacturers and artisans from the US, Europe, and Asia. Because we ship directly from our partners, your order may take slightly longer to arrive than a standard domestic shipment.

2. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Please understand that "Shipping Time" and "Processing Time" are different.

  • Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and our postal service providers process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 business days.

     

  • Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

     

3. Estimated Shipping Times

These are our current estimated delivery times after the order has been processed:

Note: These are estimates. In many cases, our items arrive earlier than these timeframes. However, factors such as holidays, natural disasters, and customs clearing can sometimes cause delays.

4. Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • My tracking says "no information available at the moment".

    For some shipping companies, it takes 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

5. Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This is done to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Please do not be alarmed if you receive one item before the other.

6. Customs and Taxes

Point of Safety is not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive at your country.
